February 2004: Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts started its operations with one program, Ultrasound Technologist.
January 2005: Gurnick Academy expanded its program offerings to include Vocational Nurse and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
December 2005: Gurnick Academy opened its first branch campus in Concord, CA.
November 2007: Gurnick Academy opened two more branch campuses in Fresno, CA and Modesto, CA.
March 2008: Gurnick Academy started a Psychiatric Technician program at the Concord branch.
June 2008: Gurnick Academy started Radiologic Technology program at the Concord branch.
December 2009: Gurnick Academy was granted accreditation by Accrediting Bureau for Health Education Schools (ABHES).
March 2010: Gurnick Academy, Radiologic Technology Program was granted accreditation by Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT).
Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, including all four campuses, is formed as a sole-proprietorship and is wholly owned by Konstantin Gourji, who also serves as the current Chief Executive Officer and School Director at the main campus which is located at 2121 South El Camino Real, Building C200, San Mateo CA 94403. |
