Prior to the start of any program internship component, students must receive a student identification card through the Student Services office. If a replacement identification card is required for any reason the student is responsible for all applicable fees. It is required for all students to wear their Student Identification Card while in a clinical setting at all times. Failure to do so could impact the student’s ability to attend the clinical education center, to complete the program’s graduation requirements, or to obtain certification after completion of the program.
