Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is pleased to announce that it has been designated by the United States Department of Education as an institution eligible to participate in the Federal Student Assistance programs.
This approval gives students enrolled in Gurnick to apply for and receive Federal Pell Grants funds, Federal Supplemental Educational Opportunities Grant (FSEOG) funds, Federal Stafford Loans, Federal Parental Loans for Undergraduate Students (FPLUS) funds, and Federal Work Study funds.
Gurnick is very pleased that this approval will enable significant access to its programs to a wide variety of potential health career professionals. Gurnick Academy offers extensive variety of healthcare programs and CEU/ Short-Term Courses. The program offerings include Vocational Nurse (LVN or LPN), Ultrasound Technology (Diagnostic Medical Sonography), Radiologic Technology (X-Ray), MRI Technology, Psychiatric Technician, Phlebotomy Technician (CPT 1).
