Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts adds nationally accredited Personal Fitness Trainer Program

Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, a private career college has partnered with the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) to offer a Personal Fitness Trainer Program at their San Mateo Campus beginning in Fall 2013. 

The Personal Fitness Trainer Program offered at Gurnick Academy is designed to prepare students for entry-level employment in health clubs and other professional fitness environments.  The thirty (30) week program provides 59.0 quarter credit hours of learning in an evidence-based curriculum that includes the nationally accredited National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) certification and the advanced NASM credential of Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS).
