Step 3. Make a payment online: pay without registration www.gurnick.edu/online-payment/pay or create an account and log in www.gurnick.edu/online-payment. Alternately, a check or money order can be mailed to the registrar’s office with your completed request form. (If paying by check, allow two additional weeks to the transcript processing time.)
Official transcript fee: $15.00 each (please allow 2 weeks for delivery)
Rushed official transcript fee: $30.00 each (available within 5 business days of request receipt)

How do I fill out the Transcript Request Form online?
You can NOT fill out the form online. Please print out the form, you will need to sign it at the bottom for it to be valid.

I might still owe a balance to Gurnick; am I able to get a transcript anyway?
No. Please see Transcripts policy in our Catalog.
What if I want to pick up my transcript on campus?
You can pick up your transcript at the corporate office in San Mateo with prior arrangements or have your transcript mailed to your campus.
I need my transcript as soon as possible! What is the fastest way to get it?
Request a rushed transcript and pay the associated fee online. If you have a special circumstance and need your transcript sent before 5 business days, please call the registrar to see if alternate arrangements can be made.
Can I pay for my transcript by check? How long does that take?
All checks must be received at the corporate office and deposited from there. It can take up to one month to receive clearance for a check and this can delay the processing of your request. If you have a deadline or time-sensitive reason for requesting your transcript, we strongly encourage you to pay online or submit a money order with your request form.
I don’t have a printer, what other options do I have?
If you do not have a printer, you may have a copy of the request form sent to your home by calling the registrar’s office or you may request one in person at your campus (you will need to fill out the request form there and the campus will fax it to the registrar).
How do I prove that I made a payment online?
Proof of payment is not necessary; our accounting department will post your payment and notify the registrar.
What if I want more than one transcript to go to different places?
Use the transcript request form’s bottom section, which has two areas for writing in addresses of where you would like your transcripts sent. If you are requesting transcripts be sent to one location, you only need to fill out one of the “send to” addresses and leave the other blank.
I am about to take my final exams next week and I want to get my official transcripts as soon as possible afterwards. When is the best time to request my transcript?
It is best to take your test first to be sure you have passed before requesting transcripts. If you need to submit your request ahead of time but want a transcript with your graduation date and full program hours, please make a note on your request to “hold for grades”.
