As a Dental Assistant, you need to gain a patient’s trust by helping them relax during procedures. This is helpful to the patient, as well as the Dentist. Dental Assistants also educate patients by offering vital information about oral hygiene.

Preparing Operative Rooms

Prepare instruments for the Dentist. This includes sterilizing dental instruments, setting up the tray, and making sure everyting is on-hand.

Chair-Side Procedures

Provide assistance to the Dentist for various exams and procedures such as: restorations, crowns, and extractions.
