Job Description

Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of nursing and allied healthcare programs such as: Vocational Nurse, Psychiatric Technician and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN pathway) as well as Nursing Assistant, Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician and healthcare programs: Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant, Ultrasound Technology, MRI, Radiologic Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Imaging.

We are currently seeking a Help Desk, Faculty & Tech Support for our Fresno, CA Campus.

The individual must have a positive attitude, technical aptitude, and the ability to learn new technologies while working in a team environment. A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic that is highly organized is encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Installs, configures, troubleshoots, and services networked microcomputer workstations and related equipment and software used in administrative and classroom lab environments
  • Provides technical support and help functions that relate to computer hardware and software, data communications, and connectivity.


The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast pace, dynamic environment and have an extensive amount of experience with PC support and customer service. Candidates must be able to support a large number of PC computers in a fast paced environment, both remotely (help desk) and at customer sites. Candidates should have working knowledge of active directory, Windows, Office, and basic network support.
