Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts is a leading California private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of nursing and allied healthcare programs such as; Vocational Nurse, Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ultrasound Technology), Radiologic Technology, MRI Technology, Medical Imaging, RN Nursing Program (RN to BSN Pathway), Associate of Science of Nursing (ADN), Psychiatric Technician, Medical Assistant, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Dental Assistant.

We are currently seeking an Assistant Campus Director for our San Jose, CA Campus.

Basic Function

The primary function of the Assistant Campus Director is to assistant Campus Director and is responsible for supporting the proper planning, management, and financial outcome of operations at the Campus Level. This will be done by assisting the Campus Director in ensuring that Program Coordinators / Associate Program Directors and operations department managers are consistently executing on the annual campus operational plan. In addition, the Assistant Campus Director is responsible for maintaining a highly professional image, the consistent introduction and training of company provided policies and procedures, proactively managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring campus management is continually developing personnel through the use of the school’s evaluation and goal setting process.

Requirements

  • Management / Business Degree (minimum) or Graduate Degree in Administration (preferred)
  • 5+ years of senior management experience
  • Organizational knowledge of educational institutions
  • Preferred management work experience in a school environment
  • Working knowledge or experience interfacing with hospitals and other healthcare organizations

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: $80,000.00 – $103,000.00 per year
