Gurnick Academy is a leading Bay Area private healthcare college offering an extensive variety of nursing and allied healthcare programs such as: Vocational Nurse, Psychiatric Technician and Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN to BSN pathway) as well as Medical Assistant, Dental Assistant and Phlebotomy Technician and healthcare programs: Associate of Science in Physical Therapist Assistant, Ultrasound Technology, MRI, Radiologic Technology, and Bachelor of Science in Diagnostic Medical Imaging.
Gurnick Academy is currently seeking an Email Marketing Specialist (Remote & Online) for the Gurnick Marketing Department, Full-time.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director of Marketing, the Email Marketing Specialist’s essential responsibility is to effectively communicate to properly segmented audiences about programs provided by Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts. The Email Marketing Specialist’s primary duties are creating, segmenting, testing, and optimizing to improve deliverability, engagement, and conversions from nurture, promotional, event-based, and other recurring and non-recurring email campaigns. The Email Marketing Specialist will also play a key role in determining a proper email service provider (ESP) that meets the needs of the company, the marketing department, and the role and which has the potential for appropriate integration with the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least two (2) years of related experience and training or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- One (1) to two (2) years of email marketing experience running high-volume, a/b tested, targeted email campaigns for e-commerce and lead generation (B2B and/or B2C).
- Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics or similar and lead analysis within a CRM.
- Experience crafting impactful and compelling copywriting with graphics (images, videos, infographics, etc.).
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Spreadsheets, and Presentations.
- Strong preference for experience implementing an ESP solution that integrates with a CRM.
- Strong preference for experience in the healthcare and/or higher education industries.
Hourly Pay Range, Full-Time: $21.63 – $26.44
